The Product Coordinator position might be for you!

YOUR ROLE:

Reporting to the Product and Marketing Manager, the Product Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and developing the product portfolio for DE LA FONTAINE and Portes Lambton, covering both steel and wood solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze product performance (sales, margins, positioning)
  • Contribute to optimizing product lines (steel and wood)
  • Support the implementation of pricing strategies
  • Ensure follow-up on certifications (fire rating, STC, etc.)
  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, sales, and customer service teams
  • Support sales with product tools and information
  • Participate in projects (launches, improvements, rationalization)
  • Provide basic technical support

OTHER CONDITIONS:

  • Position based in Sherbrooke (hybrid possible)
  • Occasional travel (Canada / United States)

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, or relevant technical training
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a related role (product, analysis, coordination, marketing)
  • Any relevant combination of experience will be considered
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Good understanding of pricing and margins
  • Bilingual (French/English) required

Assets:

  • Experience in steel doors and frames (DE LA FONTAINE) and/or wood doors (Portes Lambton) in commercial, industrial, or institutional sectors

YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE:

  • Strong customer orientation
  • Solid analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to collaborate and influence various stakeholders
