DE LA FONTAINE, named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies every year since 2021, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will report to the Director of Human Resources. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for our plants in Sherbrooke and the United States. You will work closely with the managers of each site to identify and attract the best talent for the various departments of the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Post job postings on various recruitment platforms and analyze applications received for our Sherbrooke and U.S. plants;
  • Search for potential candidates through various recruitment platforms;
  • Pre-screen applications, conduct telephone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with department managers and our various sites;
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates by developing a network of professional contacts;
  • Participate in promoting the employer brand while contributing to improving the candidate and employee experience;
  • Update and monitor recruitment-related performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of recruitment processes and strategies;
  • Represent the company at recruitment events and promote our employment opportunities to external talent;
  • Collaborate closely with the International Recruitment Coordinator and the Marketing and Communications Coordinator to ensure consistency between recruitment and employer brand strategies;
  • Post internship and position opportunities available internally and coordinate related interviews;
  • Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks.

Schedule: Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week.

You are the person we are looking for if you have the following skills and qualities:

  • DEC in administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience;
  • Experience in a similar position (an asset);
  • Excellent time and priority management;
  • Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to act as an ambassador for the company.
  • Strong results-oriented with a constant focus on the candidate experience.
