The Order Planning Specialist position might be for you!

YOUR ROLE:

You will be responsible for the pre-planning of incoming orders to meet customer requirements while considering our production capacity.

You will:

• Follow up on any missing or incomplete information required to open customer orders;
• Open orders in support of the employees assigned to this task;
• Assign production dates to orders based on various indicators, including:
  • Production capacity;
  • Sales programs;
  • Site requirements;
• Monitor production backlogs for assigned sites to achieve budgeted objectives;
• Process inventory order information collected in our ERP system;
• Work closely with the sales, engineering, and estimating teams.

• You have strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills;

• You are proficient in English (mandatory).
