The Order Planning Specialist position might be for you!
YOUR ROLE:
You will be responsible for the pre-planning of incoming orders to meet customer requirements while considering our production capacity.
You will:
- Follow up on any missing or incomplete information required to open customer orders;
- Open orders in support of the employees assigned to this task;
- Assign production dates to orders based on various indicators, including:
- Production capacity;
- Sales programs;
- Site requirements;
- Monitor production backlogs for assigned sites to achieve budgeted objectives;
- Process inventory order information collected in our ERP system;
- Work closely with the sales, engineering, and estimating teams.

- You have strong analytical reasoning skills;
- You demonstrate personal discipline and autonomy;
- You are results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction;
- You have strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills;
- You enjoy teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration;
- You show initiative, a drive for achievement, and decision-making ability;
- You are proficient in English (mandatory).
